a hOOp journey

As pointed out by Jobs’ Body (a wonderful guide to bodywork), our bodies are basically vessels created by water to explore on land and our forms are merely specific stages in this constant metamorphosis.

So much energy and intention has been going into the launch of these upcoming service offering. I am excited to share them with you all and hope you will find some to incorporate into your journey. I hope to go live with the menu, blogs, and booking software APRIL 1, 2022.

In the meantime, I am taking a few new clients on Saturdays and Sundays at our 24th&Madison location in downtown Ogden, UT.

I have been planting so many seeds and I just cant wait to see how this new adventure blooms.
