I REALLY began exploring balance while searching for sustainable energy patterns to create a more mObile lifestyle.
While I feel lucky to invite you to practice &PLAY with me at regular lOcations alOng my migration patterns….
I created this offering to share the guides, messages, and MAPs integrated on my journey.
Designed to move with the moment in spaces that support relaxation, inspiration, and health.
Often we are so busy with life that we might miss some of the messages our bodies are sending us. This feedback is so important to engage with in order to maximize movement, balance body function, and subside stress. By taking the time to check in with our muscles, nervous system, and inspire circulation we can manage our health and maintain our energies towards wellness.
Most services are available for events, festivals, wellness gatherings, and home visits for a travel charge.

invitatiOns to meditatiOn
I am honored to share some of the practices that have evolved from my exploration of sound and the benefits of these vibrations for the body, mind, and spirit. Tuning in with our vibrations and practicing presence has helped me overcome obstacles and open doors to dreams that otherwise seemed impossible. Sound can center our focus to encourage our ability to check in with ourselves, our intentions and intuition, having an incredible impact on what we bring to life everyday. While consciousness allows us to be many magical things it also may lead us consumed in our efforts. Allowing ourselves to reset gives us opportunities to (re)examine our path regularly and refresh our direction often. Sound exploration can reduce stress & anxiety, improve sleep, and help manage pain. Among so many benefits to sound therapy, I have experienced measurable improvement to my moods, body awareness, and overall state of my nervous system.
Sound sessions pair well with the breath&bodywork menu, tea & tarot talks, and chakra breathwork at all locations as well as for wander by appointment as a private, group, or online offering.

movement mOments
One beautiful thing I have learned while going through the motions is that movement is absolutely an intentional act towards something: survival..curiosity.. play.. This interaction with our time and space is the language of all creatures. Practicing this consciousness has led me to explore possibilities, share best practices, and hope to create inspiration.
As a bodyworker, it seems I am often addressing the stressors of modern day flexion and repetitive postures. While exploring the benefits of non~linear movement I have had much success in balancing my body, mind, and spirit through these moving meditations.
I have been working on a few maps for movement that I hope will help lead you to connection and magic.
Let’s have some tea and share some tarot…
Tea talks are a great way to just take a little break and tune into the present. There is a magic in sitting still inviting you to take in the little things, touch base with your senses, and taste the tea. There are so many possibilities when we connect with each other and allow our intuition to inspire guidance. Tarot has been shared for centuries by wanderers offering insight and play as they traveled through communities. I have found while practicing tarot that it is those little reminders, affirmations, mantras for the day.. that can keep us focused, content, or inspired in our world. And of course, I love to leave an experience with a memory. A little reminder of the possibilities when we explore our inner space a bit.
While We Wander sessions are available at select events and wellness gatherings for $20/15minutes and include a complimentary tea and memory.
