In these Signature Session we are going to focus on clearing inflammation, tension, & emotional distress from physical body as well as the energetic support. Sink into this slow and nurturing self~care opportunity themed around the chakra of your chioce.

This custom massage experience we will be integrating up to 3 different movement/meditation/massage MODALITIES to best support your session needs & target FOCUS AREAS.

Each offerings incorporates combinations of body and breathwork, energy and sound therapy, and movement meditation in order to guide you through connection opportunities.

At the start of your session we will set our intentions for the experience and plan how we can best meet those connection goals during our time. Here are some great themes to focus on for these custom sessions:
