
Sound Sessions
Tuning in with our vibrations and practicing presence has helped me overcome obstacles and open doors to dreams that otherwise seemed impossible. Sound can help center our focus to encourage our ability to check in with ourselves, our intentions and intuition, having an incredible impact on what we bring to life everyday. While consciousness allows us to be many magical things it also may lead us consumed in our efforts. Allowing ourselves to reset gives us opportunities to (re)examine our path regularly and refresh our direction often.
Sound and vibrations can reduce stress & anxiety, improve sleep, and help manage pain. Among so many benefits to sound therapy, I have experienced measurable improvement to my moods, body awareness, and overall state of my nervous system.
I am honored to share some of the practices that have evolved from my exploration of sound and the benefits of these vibrations for the body, mind, and spirit.
Available as a private, group, event, or online offering. These sessions are designed to lead to access opportunities for connection, interact with the space and time of NOW, explore the macrocosmic effects of how we live and the possibilities within sustaining or changing our vibration, and everything in between.
