Thai Yoga Massage

This ancient modality combines stretching, postures, pressure, and guided movement to connect us. This practice explores possibilities through movement and connection from all angles, opening more doors to access and attempt improvement and balance.

Thai yoga massage can be a grounding experience and a great balance between contently relaxed and actively engaged.

Among the many benefits of this practice is it’s accessibility. There are no lotions or oils and the client is dressed in comfortable clothing on a mat. Often bolsters and blankets are arranged for support. Sessions are designed around everybody’s unique needs and mobility with the intention of increasing energy, balancing mood, and improving range of motion.

This modality is a great to add to a routine, change up to your usual, or in combination with a movement or breathwork session.
