So we always SEE the spine in anatomy records as sort of this axis of the body. Strong and sort of stable tendencies we generally hope for or describe spinal health. I continue to notice how this very linear translations have become movement culture. We sleep, stand, sit, write, read, color, drive, and walk in lines. We don’t crouch, crawl, swing, roll like we would if we lived in nature without the lines of houses, roads, and cityscapes we have created for many advantages. In turn limiting our need for movement and therefore losing range. We are evolving out of being fluid because…we have tools for that. We could have it all though if we keep moving in circles and inspire the cranial wave.
Anyway al of that was what led me to just love everything I have been learning about craniosacral therapy, the chakras, and other energy modalities. I
