Chakra Energy

From Sanskrit chakra translates to ‘wheel’ and there are over one hundred identified to connect with major energy points, organs, nerves and systems in the body. I like to call the most popularly celebrated and studied accross the body, modalities, and cultures…the Super 7…commonly pictured placed along the spine…As we investigate access to each correlating spinning disk of energy we are attempt to balance and connect with many aspects of the BODYmind through the chakras.
